We should probably get to it! I know you came here to learn some amazing Disneyland secrets and tips. These hidden Disneyland secrets are going to make your stay so much more enjoyable and fun for the whole family. And if I can help you save some money and time, then I think you will be pretty excited about that! Let’s get to it!
♦ You can drive the Mark Twain river boat if you play your cards right! Before the ride find a cast member and ask very nicely if you may visit the wheel house. This is an exciting experience, they escort you to a room labeled “private”. You knock on the door and the captain answers and welcomes you in . On top of getting to steer the river boat, you will also get to sound the whistle and ring the bell. You will also get to sign a guest book that has the names of all the passengers that rode in the captains quarters since the 50’s!
♦ If you see any Toy Story characters and yell “Andy’s Coming!”, often the cast members will go limp and stand still. They used to drop to the ground limply, but Disney decided it was safer for them to just freeze and go limp.
♦ Feel safe at Disneyland. The park security team has around 300 people, most of them are disguised as people at the park. To put that into perspective, the city of Anaheim has around 285 police on their payroll. You are in good hands!
♦ If it’s your birthday, make sure and let the cast members know at the gate. They will take you to city hall and get you a special sticker. You will be recognized by cast members all day as being the birthday girl/boy. You may also get special things from cast members throughout the day.
♦ Keep your eyes peeled when you are in the park. There are hidden Mickey ears all over the place, it’s a lot of fun to spot them! Some say they are on all the rides, but I haven’t been able to confirm that 100% yet.
♦ Next time you ride the Indiana Jones ride pay close attention. If you are watching, you may see a Disney character that really doesn’t fit with the movie. If you up in the movie room you can spot everyone’s favorite downer, Eeyore! Some say to bring a flashlight, to see him better. Why is Eeyore on the Indiana Jones ride? Good question! There was an old Eeyore parking lot that the Indiana Jones ride was built over. They wanted to keep the Eeyore statue there to honor the old parking lot!

Affordable Stuff For Disneyland!
Along with the great Disneyland Secrets And Tips I want to show you something that is going to save you soooo much money! Before you go to Disneyland buy any gear you want before you go. If you want mouse ears, buy them before you go. If you want a Disneyland t-shirt or sweatshirt, buy them before you go. You will be shocked at the prices when you get there. Especially if the kids want any fun accessories, like the mouse ears. The girls can get the Minnie mouse ears at stores as well. We paid much less for everything. Here are some examples below of stuff you can get much cheaper!
